Notice of Protest on the “Billy” and “FLower Bed,” placer claims, because “of an agreement and partnership was made and entered into between me and the said O.B. Hurd or B. Hurd on the 24th day of June 1900, said agreement and partnership was in existance on the date on which said claims were so located and was and is to the effect that I and the said Hurd were to share equally in all claims so located by the said Hurd. I make file and record gthis protest in order to give warning to any person or persons purchasing or attempting to purchase said claims or either of them or any interest in said claims or in either of them from Hurd. . .
