Please join us at the Valdez Museum on Egan Drive from 5:30- 7:00pm on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 for the Opening Reception of our new exhibition Color + Heat = Magic, Glass by Sharry Miller. It offers viewers a unique vision of Alaska presented through a collection of fused glass work depicting nature in all her guises. Well-known Valdez artist Sharry Miller presents an array of colorful glass art that runs the gamut from birds and corals to various sea creatures.
There will be an artist’s talk during the Opening Reception. Face coverings are required and social distancing will be observed.
We are happy to welcome the public into the Museum!
